Itinerary

Flight to Fez, Morocco including airport transfer

Your trip starts in one of the most beautiful cities of Morocco, Fez. This Imperial city is the second largest city of the country and has more than one million inhabitants. You will find yourself in a mishmash of cultures, religions and architecture.

When arriving in Morocco, you will be met by one of the local representatives of Arabescape.com who will welcome you. Subsequently, the driver takes you to your accommodation.

Fez - Meknes - Volubillis - Rabat pick up rental car

After a tasty Moroccan breakfast in Fez, it is time to leave the city. You will pick up your rental car and travel to two other Imperial Cities.

From Fez, you continue your way to Meknes. You can visit the Bap Mansour el Aleuj and have lunch in the beautiful Medina of the city. Here you will also find the Royal Palace of Meknes.

Afterwards, you drive to Volubillis, one of the largest surviving Roman settlements in the country. this is very much worth a visit. The city is an UNESCO World Heritage Site and easy to reach from Meknes.

Your final destination today is the current capital of the country: Rabat.

Rabat - Casablanca including city tour

Today you wake up in the Moorish city Rabat, the capital of Morocco. The guide will take you on a private tour during which you will visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Hassan Tower. This tower cannot be missed while walking through the city. Afterwards you head to Kasbah de Oudaya, one of the most beautiful kasbahs in Morocco. A kasbah used to be a place for defense, characterized by its high walls. From here you have a beautiful view of the Andalusian gardens and the sea.

After this morning tour you will continue to the economic heart of the country, Casablanca. This city is about an hour and a half away.

Casablanca - Marrakech hand in rental car

Casablanca literally means ‘the white house’ and is the largest city in Morocco. While traveling through Morocco, many people do not visit Casablanca. This is unjustified, because you will not forget a visit to the Hassan II Mosque. This mosque is the tallest religious building in the world and the second largest mosque after the one in Mecca. The mosque can accommodate as many as 25,000 people in the prayer hall. The building half protrudes over the water of the Atlantic Ocean, which gives a special view.

After visiting the mosque, you can get a breath of fresh air on the cornice and visit Bastion Skala. From Casablanca you drive to Marrakesh in just under three hours, the end station of your trip through Morocco.

Marrakech including city tour

Today you wake up in a one thousand and one night fairy tale. You have two days to explore Marrakesh, so you have plenty of time to see the highlights. Like many North African cities, Marrakesh is divided into two separate parts: the Gueliz (the modern French-built city) and the Medina (the old city).

The first morning we have arranged a private city tour with a guide. He will show you the way in and around the city center. The tour starts at the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in the city and famous for its minaret. Afterwards you go to the Djemaa el Fnaa square, the most famous square of Morocco. Everything comes together at this square, from delicious eateries to snake charmers and musicians. A unique experience.

In addition, you can get a glimpse of real Islamic life in Marrakesh by visiting the Madrassa, a Koran school. The gardens of Yves Saint Laurent and the Bahia Palace are also recommended. We are happy to give you some more information about what to see and where to eat.
